Refund Policy

Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images or videos of the product within 15 days.

We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund if we can see the item not working on your video or image. If you cannot send us a proof, you need to send us back the item so we can test it and resend you a new one, or refund you, in the only case of the item is not working properly.

Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times.

Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays.

If your order shipping times exceeds our displayed time frame by 30 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.


We do not accept returns for refunds.

Our guarantee only covers defective or damaged products (see the article above).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Our is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Upon inquiry, Our will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Order Cancellation

As soon as the order has been processed by our warehouse (i.e. being shipped) we can not cancel your order.
